Reza has more than 15 years experience working with organizations and leaders to develop impactful business strategies, design effective organizations, create high performance cultures and lead complex organizational change. His consulting experience spans organizational and leadership development, organizational assessment, process development, workplace strategy and change management.
Reza’s clients rely on him to quickly assess performance inhibitors and enablers, and identify actions to allow their organizations to deliver on their strategic objectives.
